Multiprocesador eficiente (206) que tiene multiples procesadores (304-306) y cada procesador es apto para procesar por lo menos una cola (404A-404N) de por lo menos una aplicacion de servicios y por lo menos una tarea (400A-402N) que comprende por lo menos una de la por lo menos una cola; y donde un primer procesador y un segundo procesador de los multiples procesadores está programado cada uno para delegar (602) una aplicacion de servicios del primer procesador una cola de la por lo menos una cola del segundo procesador; evaluar (604-606) l cola en el segundo procesador de acuerdo con criterios de control de flujo; procesar (608) la aplicacion de servicios en el segundo procesador al cumplirse los criterios de control de flujo; y rechazar (610) la aplicacion de servicios en el segundo procesador al no cumplirse los criterios de control de flujo.
