Abstract

Un sistema de piloto automático para un vehículo agrícola comprende un actuador de direccion, operativo para dirigir el vehículo en respuesta a una senal de direccion, y un volante de direccion, operativo para generar y enviar una senal de direccion manual al actuador de direccion cuando gira el volante de direccion. Un sensor de posicionamiento global es operativo para determinar una localizacion detectada del vehículo y enviar una correspondiente senal de localizacion al microprocesador, y un giroscopio es operativo para determinar el movimiento lateral del vehículo y enviar una correspondiente senal de movimiento al microprocesador. El microprocesador recibe la senal de localizacion y la senal de movimiento y compara la localizacion detectada y el movimiento lateral con una ruta deseada de vehículo, y genera la senal de direccion automática. El actuador de direccion conduce el vehículo en respuesta a una de las senales de direccion.
