Abstract
Método y sistema para controlar la densidad en un nivel predeterminado de un producto alimenticio aireado durante la preparacion del mismo. Se toma una medicion de la densidad sobre el producto aireado en una ubicacion suficientemente aguas abajo de una unidad de cizallamiento utilizada para formar el material aireado de modo que el producto está en un estado equilibrado. Consiguientemente, puede realizarse un ajuste en el caudal de introduccion del gas de aireacion en una ubicacion aguas arriba de la unidad de cizallamiento que es calculado para reducir cualquier diferencia entre las densidades predeterminada y medida del producto de una manera precisa y confiable. También, puede utilizarse la inyeccion de gas de reducida solubilidad de modo que la densidad del producto puede alcanzar el equilibrio más pronto. Las perturbaciones aguas arriba en la densidad del material de partida de formulacion también pueden ser monitoreadas y tenidas en cuenta mediante ajustes realizados en el caudal del gas para ayudar en el mantenimiento de la densidad de producto deseada.
