Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo electroactivo que comprende una capa de cristal líquido entre un par de sustratos transparentes; uno o más grupos de electrodos que siguen un patron situados entre la capa de cristal líquido y la superficie de la cara interna del primer sustrato transparente, comprendiendo cada uno de dichos grupos de electrodos que siguen un patron dos o más electrodos que forman un patron en oposicion, estando dichos electrodos separados por una capa aislante, en la cual no hay un hueco horizontal entre los electrodos que forman el grupo de electrodos que siguen un patron; y una capa conductora entre la capa de cristal líquido y la superficie de la cara interna del segundo sustrato transparente. El dispositivo proporciona una mayor eficiencia que los dispositivos convencionales.
