Abstract

Un procedimiento para enriquecer trehalosa a partir de soluciones, en donde el enriquecimiento se lleva a cabo con un adsorbente, donde el adsorbente es un aluminosilicato. Con preferencia, el aluminosilicato es una zeolita. También se refiere al enriquecimiento y la purificacion de la trehalosa a partir de caldos de fermentacion, en particular como un producto acoplado de la preparacion por fermentacion de otros productos de valor.
