Abstract

Un método para proteger una superficie metálica del gripado ( o engranado) y de la corrosion que incluye el paso de proporcionar una película seca protectora sobre la superficie metálica. La película incluye un lubricante solido y un polímero conductor, el polímero conductor tiene propiedades de lubricantes y es capaz de ligar el lubricante solido a la superficie metálica. Las superficies de uniones rosadas metálicas recubiertas con la película son capaces de resistir el gripado bajo elevada presion y condiciones de alto momento de torsion, incluso luego de varias operaciones de armado y desarmado en largos períodos de tiempo. La película también proporciona proteccion contra la corrosion.
