Abstract
Combinacion que comprende a) un producto para uso o consumo animal y b) una composicion secada por vaporizacion (aspersion) que comprende un micro-organismo viable, tal como Lactobacillus plantarum y un agente antimicrobiano, tal como bacteriocin, pediocín y/o nisin, el que ha sido producido por dicho micro-organismo viable y es preferiblemente efectivo contra un microbio del genus Listería, tal como Listería monocytogenes. Método para matar, inhibir o impedir el crecimiento de microbios contactando dicho producto con dicha composicion. Uso de dicha composicion para tratar un producto para uso o consumo animal. Ensayo para seleccionar dicha composicion. Se aplica para mejorar la conservacion y cuidado de efectos, alimentos y otros productos de uso animal.
