Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Compuesto de fórmula (1), donde: n es de 1 a 6; A representa: un arilo, como ser un fenilo o un naftilo; o un heteroarilo monocíclico como ser un tienilo, furilo o pirrolilo; el arilo o el heteroarilo está eventualmente sustituido por entre 1 y 4 sustituyente seleccionados entre un átomo de halógeno, un grupo hidroxi, nitro, ciano, amino, monoalquiloamino(C1-3), dialquilamino C2-6, alquilo C1-3, perhalogéno-alquilo(C1-2), halogenoalquilo C1-3 o alcoxi C1-3; B representa: NR1R2; R1y R2 representan, independientemente entre sí, un grupo alquilo C1-6; o R1 y R2 representan, juntos, un grupo alquilideno C2-6, un grupo alquilideno(C1-3)-O-alquilideno(C1-3) o un grupo alquilideno(C1-3)-N(R3)-alquilideno(C1-3), donde R3 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C1-3 o alquilcarbonilo C1-6, los grupos alquilo C1-3 y alquilcarbonilo C1-6 pueden estar sustituidos por entre 1 y 2 sustituyentes seleccionados entre un átomo de halógeno, un grupo hidroxilo, alcoxi C1-3, nitro, ciano, amino, monoalquilamino C1-3, dialquilamino c2-6 o fenilo; o un aminociclo como ser aziridina, acetidina, pirrolidina, piperidina, unido por un carbono al grupo -O-(C)n; los grupo R1, R2, así como el aminociclo están eventualmente sustituidos por entre 1 y 4sustituyentes, seleccionados entre un átomo de halógeno, un grupo hidroxi, nitro, ciano, amino, monoalquiloamino(C1-3), dialquilamino C2-6, alquilo C1-3o alcoxi C1-3; y -O-(C)n- representa un grupo -O- alquilideno-C1-6, eventualmente sustituido por entre 1 y 4 sustituyentes seleccionados entre un átomo de halógeno, un grupo hidroxi, nitro, ciano, amino, monoalquiloamino(C1-3), dialquialmino C2-6 o alcoxi C1-3; en estado de base o de sal de adición a un ácido, así como en estado de hidrato o de solvato.
