Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Proceso de fabricación de tubo de choque térmico, caracterizado por la siguiente secuencia: a) se prepara una mezcla previa de los oxidantes con el aditivo promotor de adherencia y de desensibilización; b) se alimenta en un silo de dosificación la mezcla de oxidantes y el aditivo y en otro silo de dosificación, los combustibles; c) se dosifican en Dosificaciones paralelos del tipo rosca dosificadora o canalón vibratorio u otro medio de micro dosificación convencional por peso o por volumen, dotados de motores eléctrico con variador de frecuencia u otro controlador convencional en loop de control con la Extrusora de Tubo Plástico, las proporciones balanceadas de las Mezclas de Oxidantes y Aditivos y de combustibles para un Mezclador Homogenizador de Rollos con Tela Inferior, continuo y conectado al cabezote de extrusión de la Extrusora del Tubo Plástico, ocurriendo la obtención del mixto Final Sensible; y d) se extruda paralelamente el polímero en la Extrusora de Tubo Plástico, al mismo tiempo en que ocurre la dosificación, por gravedad, del Mixto Final en el interior del tubo plástico en formación en el cabezote de la extrusora, obteniéndose el tubo de choque térmico.
