Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et termisk sjokkrør samt produkter fremstilt derav, anvendt som signaltransmisjonsinnretning for å forbinde og å initiere eksplosive kolonner, eller som en flammekonduktor, vanligvis supplert med forsinkelseselementer eller benyttet som en for-sinkelsesenhet, idet det benyttes en pyroteknisk blanding med lav sensitivitet mot tenning ved støt, sjokk eller friksjon, med lav toksisitet, og som genererer en gnist med overlegen termisk ytelse der prosessen har muligheten til kontinuerlig og separatdosering av individuelle, ikke-aktive komponenter, i forbindelse med dannelsen av det plastiske rør, og der produktet opprettholder fordelene ved det vanlige pyrotekniske sjokkrør og viser ytterligere fordeler ved bruk av lavtoksi-sitetskomponenter ved bruk av vanlige lavomkostnings- og la-vadhesivitetspolymerer, og som genererer en gnist som brer seg gjennom bend og innsnevringer og liknende rørinnsnev-ringer som gir motstand mot varme, eksplosive emulsjoner.
