Abstract
Un método de ablandamiento de agua y correspondiente aparato en el que se efectúa una determinación sobre si una regeneración válida en un ciclo operacional ha ocurrido, incluyendo las etapas de proporcionar una célula de referencia (Rr) en un tanque de agua (12) y una célula sensora espaciada (Rs) en el tanque de agua, sensar la diferencia de impedancia de la solución en el tanque de agua entre la célula de referencia y la célula sensora, y si la diferencia de impedancia es una de un primer estado, un segundo estado y un tercer estado, determinar si un temporizador de enjuague máximo fue excedido en el tiempo, y si el temporizador de enjuague máximo se excedió en el tiempo, determinar si el límite de tiempo máximo fue un período de tiempo prefijado, si el período d tiempo prefijado fue alcanzado, y después iniciar una señal de alarma indicando que no se produjo una regeneración válida.
