Abstract

Un método para uso por un receptor de un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica para proporcionar información de uso en la adaptación a características cambiantes de un canal de comunicación (22) por el cual el receptor (23) recibe una señal a un desplazamiento de una frecuencia portadora debido a cambios en las características del canal de comunicaciones, las características de canal de comunicación cambiantes también causado de tanto en tanto cambios en otras características del canal de comunicación (22), estando el método caracterizado por: una etapa (23b-1a 23b-1b) de proporcionar estimaciones de maximización de expectación de parámetros auto-regresivos que representan el canal de comunicación cambiante (22) que utiliza muestras de señales recibidas extraídas de la señal recibida y que corresponden a un símbolo piloto transmitido; y una etapa (23b-1a 23b-1c) de proporcionar una estimación de la respuesta de impulso de canal y una estimación de un desplazamiento de frecuencia de por lo menos una señal multitrayectoria en base a los valores estimados de los parámetros auto-regresivos.
