Abstract

Un método para verificar el poder colorante y tintóreo de un lote fabricado de un recubrimiento semitransparente par madera. De acuerdo con el método, se forma un lote estándar del recubrimiento para madera y luego se mezcla con una cantidad especificada de un colorante blanco para formar un lote de medición estándar. Se obtiene una muestra de prueba del lote fabricado y también se mezcla con una cantidad especificada del colorante blanco para formar una muestra de medición de prueba. Se forman capas de lote de medición estándar y de la muestra de medición de prueba en los sustratos y se logra un ocultamiento total. Las mediciones de reflectancia de las capas se realizan utilizando un espectrofotómetro. Las mediciones de reflectancia se utilizan para determinar si el poder colorante y tintóreo del lote fabricado está dentro de un rango de desviación aceptable del poder colorante y tintóreo del lote estándar. Esto permite cálculos de diferencia de poder colorante y diferencia de color objetivos y a partir de allí se puede efectuar ajustes, eliminando de este modo los métodos anteriores de ensayo y error.
