Abstract
Comprimidos de dos o múltiples fases que comprenden una cantidad eficaz de un ingrediente activo sensible a la humedad, que en particular es topiramato, en donde por lo menos una de las fases comprende material de goma higroscópico, que preferentemente es goma de xantano, y en donde ninguna de las fases contiene tanto ingrediente activo sensible a la humedad como material de goma higroscópico. Reivindicación 11: Un proceso para la elaboración de un comprimido de dos o múltiples fases según se reivindica en las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, en donde dicho proceso comprende formar dos o más fases, con forma previa, y comprimir las dos o más fases con forma previa en un aparato de compresión apropiado.
