Abstract
Con el objeto de fabricar una georejilla de material plástico orientado 10 en la que las hebras orientadas 6, 9 forman mallas triangulares con una unión 11 en cada ángulo y seis de las hebras 6, 9 se juntan en cada unión 11, una lámina de material plástico 1 posee huecos 2 en una disposición de hexágonos 3, los huecos opuestos 2 de cada hexágono se alinean en la dirección de la máquina, y el material de partida 1 se estira primero en la dirección de la máquina y luego en dirección transversal. En la georejilla eventual 10, las porciones centrales de los hexágonos en el material de partida 1 forman las uniones 11. Los centros de las uniones 11 son levemente orientadas en forma biaxial, pero en los bordes de las uniones 11, la orientación del borde de sustancialmente cada hebra 6 o 9 pasa alrededor del borde de la respectiva unión 11 y hacia adentro del borde de la hebra siguiente 6 o 9. Durante el segundo estiramiento, puede aplicarse un límite o una restricción en la dirección del primer estiramiento o interrumpirse antes de que el material se deje relajar en la dirección del segundo estiramiento. Si se desea, el procedimiento se puede terminar luego del primer estiramiento, a fin de producir una georejilla orientada uniaxialmente. Con el uso de un material de partida 21, que posee huecos atravesados 22 y zonas debilitadas 23, es posible formar la georejilla de la de la presente a partir del material de partida 21 que posee una disposición rectangular de huecos atravesados 22.
