Abstract
Procedimiento para la unión de dos bridas, en particular, de bridas tales como las colocadas en segmentos (tramos) de la torre de una planta de energía eólica y que conectan entre sí tales segmentos, donde las bridas están vinculadas entre sí por arrastre de fuerzas. Aquí, la presente se basa sobre el reconocimiento de que se puede obtener un importante ahorro de tiempo cuando ya no se debe aplicar en el obrador la capa sobre uno de los integrantes de la unión, sino aplicarla ya antes. Además, esta capa puede estar constituida, por ejemplo, por un material termoplástico (material sintético). De esta manera ya se puede asegurar una calidad uniforme, bajo condiciones controladas, de la capa durante su confección, descartándose así, por ejemplo, la inclusión de materiales extranos en la capa de material durante el procedimiento a la intemperie. Además, esta capa puede ser colocada sobre la superficie de tope tanto antes del transporte de las secciones individuales de una torre como ser desembalada, en el obrador, de un envase destinado a su transporte y colocada, con ahorro de tiempo, sobre la superficie de tope. Procedimiento para la unión de bridas, en el que, para unir dos bridas se conforma una capa en el sector de la unión que es menos deformable en un primer período de tiempo, antes de la unión, y en un tercer período de tiempo, después de la unión, que en un segundo período de tiempo, donde el segundo período de tiempo se encuentra entre el primer período de tiempo y el tercer período de tiempo y durante el segundo período de tiempo se aumenta la viscosidad de la capa.
