Abstract
Heterociclos pesticidas, además, las composiciones que comprenden una cantidad insecticida efectiva de al menos un compuesto de la fórmula (1), y opcionalmente se revela una cantidad efectiva de al menos uno de un segundo compuesto, con al menos un vehículo compatible con el mismo desde el punto de vista insecticida; junto con los métodos para controlar los insectos que comprenden aplicar dichas composiciones a un lugar donde los insectos están presentes o se espera que estén presentes. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de la fórmula (1) donde: R y R1 están seleccionadas independientemente del H y alquilo; R2 y R3 están tomadas juntas para formar un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros seleccionados de =NC(R6)C(R7)N(R8)-, =NC(R6)=C(R7)N(R8)-, =CC(R6)=C(R7)N(R8)-, =CN=C(R7)N(R8)-, =N(C2)3N(R8)-, =NC(R6)C(R7)S-, =NC(R6)C(R7)O-, =CC=CC=N-, =NN=CN(R8)-, =NN=NN(R8)-, -OC(R6)C(R7)N(R8)N=, y los tautómeros de los mismos; donde R6 y R7 están seleccionadas independientemente del H y alquilo; R8 está seleccionada del H, alquilo, amino, nitro, ciano, formilo, -C2R9-, -C2OR9, -C(O)R9, -C(O)OR9, -C2OC(O)R9, -C(O)N(R9)(R10), -S(O)nR9-, -S(O)nN(R9)(R10) donde n es 0, 1 o 2, -Si(R9)3, -C=N(R9), -P(O)(OR9)(OR10), -P(O)(NR9R10)(NR9R10), e Y, donde Y representa i) un óxido N de dicho anillo de 5 o 6 miembros, o ii) forma una unión ORa donde Ra está seleccionada del H y alquilo; y R9 y R10 están seleccionadas independientemente del H, alquilo, alquilocarbonilo, alcoxicarbonilo, arilo, ariloalquilo, y heteroarilo, donde arilo está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados de halógeno, alquilo, o haloalquilo; R4 y R5 están tomadas juntas para formar un anillo fusionado seleccionado de -C(R11)=C(R12)C(R13)=C(R14)-, -SC(R15)=C(R16)-, -C(R15)=C(R16)S-, y -C=C(R15)N=C-, donde R11 y R14 están seleccionadas independientemente del H, halógeno y metilo; R12 está seleccionada del H, halógeno, amino, (C1-2)alquilo, metoxi, halometoxi, (C2-3)alquenilo, y (C2-3)alquinilo; R13 está seleccionada del H, halógeno, ciano, (C1-2)alquilo, hidroxi, metoxi, halometilo, y (C2-3)alquinilo; y, R15 y R16 están seleccionadas independientemente del H, halógeno, ciano, amino, (C1-2)alquilo, (C2-3)alquenilo, (C2-3)alquinilo, halometilo, hidroxi, metoxi y halometoxi; X está seleccionada de -CR17-, -C2CR17-, -C3H6-, -C4H8-, O-, -OC2-, -OC2H4-, -OC3H6-, -C2O-, -C2OC2-, -C2OC2H4-, -S, -SC2-, -C2S-, -C2S(O)-, -CS2(O)2-, -N(R17)C2-; y -C2N(R17); donde R17 está seleccionada del H y alquilo; y las sales de los mismos aceptables desde el punto de vista agrícola; con la salvedad de que cuando R y R1 son H; R2 y R3 tomadas juntas son =CN=C(R7)N(R8)-, donde R7 y R8 son H; R4 y R5 tomadas juntas son -C(R11)=C(R12)C(R13)=C(R14)-; y X es -CR17, donde R17 es H; luego al menos una de R11, R12, R13, o R14 es otra que no sea H; y con la salvedad posterior de que cuando R y R1 son H; R2 y R3 tomadas juntas son =NC(R6)C(R7)N(R8); donde R6, R7, y R8 son H; R4 y R5 tomadas juntas son -C(R11)=C(R12)C(R13)=C(R14)-, y X es -CR17, donde R17 es H; luego i) cuando R11, R13 y R14 son H, luego R12 es otra que no sea metilo; ii) cuando R11 es H, R13 es metilo, y R14 es bromo, luego R12 es otra que no sea H; iii) cuando R11 y R14 son H, y R12 es metoxi, luego R13 es otra que no sea metoxi, y iv) cuando X es -C2CR17-, o -OC2-, R17 es H; R11 y R14 son H, R12 es metoxi, y R13 es metilo; luego R8 es otra que no sea -S(O)nR9, donde n es 2, y R9 es metil.
