Abstract

Se describe un método para asegurar un artículo absorbente a una prenda absorbente principal y colocar la prenda alrededor del torso del usuario. La prenda tiene una cubierta de lado al cuerpo permeable al líquido, un separador impermeable al líquido y un absorbente colocado entre los mismos. La prenda también tiene una abertura de cintura, un par de aberturas de pierna y una parte de entrepierna formada entre el par de aberturas de pierna. El método incluye los pasos de formar un artículo absorbente que tiene una cubierta de lado al cuerpo permeable al líquido, un forro de lado a la prenda permeable al líquido y un núcleo absorbente encerrado por la cubierta. El artículo absorbente tiene un par de rebordes formados mediante la unión de la cubierta al forro. La prenda absorbente principal está colocada sobre las piernas del usuario. El artículo absorbente es entonces colocado sobre por lo menos una parte de la parte de entrepierna de la prenda y presionado allí como para asegurar los medios de sujeción. El artículo absorbente adquirirá una curvatura que hace que el par de rebordes sean presionados hacia arriba para formar un par de paredes laterales erectas. El par de paredes laterales erectas evitará que el fluido del cuerpo se filtre fuera del artículo absorbente. La prenda absorbente principal luego se sube alrededor del torso del usuario de manera que el par de paredes laterales erectas estén alineadas contra la ingle del usuario.
