Abstract
Un procedimiento de Fischer-Tropsch de síntesis de hidrocarburos en suspensión para sintetizar hidrocarburos líquidos a partir de gas de síntesis en un reactor de síntesis también hidroisomeriza el líquido de hidrocarburos sintetizado, que comprende el líquido de suspensión, en uno o más reactores elevadores inmersos en la masa en suspensión en el reactor de síntesis. Un catalizador monolítico es preferentemente utilizado para la hidroisomerización, y la circulación de suspensión hacia arriba a través de los reactores elevadores desde la masa en suspensión circundante es lograda por lo menos en parte por la acción elevadora del gas de tratamiento de hidroisomerización. Preferentemente, partículas de catalizador son también removidas antes que la suspensión contacte el catalizador. La hidroisomerización se produce mientras el reactor de síntesis está produciendo hidrocarburos, sin interferir con la reacción de síntesis. Un conducto descendente reductor de burbujas de gas puede ser utilizado para producir y alimentar la suspensión reducida en burbujas de gas al reactor elevador, proporcionándose de este modo una carga hidrostática que asiste en la circulación de suspensión hacia arriba a través y hacia afuera del reactor elevador.
