Reivindicación 2: Un promotor aislado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque comprende una secuencia de nucleótidos según SEC ID NO: 2. Reivindicación 3: Una planta transgénica caracterizada porque expresa un transgen bajo el control de un promotor de la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 4: Un método para expresar un gen en una planta transgénica caracterizado porque dicho transgen se expresa bajo control de un promotor de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1.
