Abstract
Un equipo de rociado a baja presión, asistido por aire, que tiene una boquilla de rociado mejorada, que comprende: a) una pistola de calafateo que tiene un soporte adaptado para recibir dos o más cartuchos con una boquilla, dos o más elementos de empuje montados en la pistola de calafateo para hacer contacto operativamente con cada cartucho y dispensar un componente líquido desde la boquilla del cartucho, un mecanismo de disparo para hacer avanzar manual, neumática, hidráulica o eléctricamente los elementos de empuje de forma creciente en enganche operativo con cada cartucho, b) una mezcladora estática que tiene un conducto de toma en su extremo corriente arriba para recibir un componente líquido de la boquilla de cada cartucho y que tiene en su extremo corriente abajo una punta de rociado opcionalmente desmontable para introducir los componentes líquidos mezclados dentro de una zona de atomización, c) una carcasa tubular de la mezcladora estática que encierra la mezcladora estática y que está dimensionada en su extremo corriente arriba para conectar la carcasa tubular a los cartuchos de la pistola de calafateo y tiene en su extremo corriente abajo una sección de rociado opcionalmente desmontable que tiene unos conductos de toma para recibir aire presurizado y unos conductos de salida para introducir aire dentro de la zona de atomización, en el que la punta de rociado pasa a través de un orificio en la sección de rociado de forma que los componentes líquidos mezclados son introducidos dentro de la zona de atomización. La presente invención también se refiere a un procedimiento para rociar una composición de dos componentes con el equipo de rociado de baja presión asistido por aire.
