Abstract

Se describe un material acero tratado superficialmente, del tipo que comprende un material acero y una película formada por conversión química sobre al menos una porción de la superficie del material acero, el cual se caracteriza porque la película obtenida por conversión química contiene potasio en una cantidad comprendida entre 0,1 - 1000 mg/m2 y tiene un espesor de comprendido entre 5 y 50 micrómetros. El método consiste en llevar a cabo un tratamiento de conversión química sobre el acero usando un líquido que contiene zinc y ácido fosfórico o manganeso y ácido fosfórico, conteniendo además potasio.
