Abstract

Composiciones y métodos para mejorar las propiedades de la pulpa producida o reducir el tiempo del ciclo de digestión en un proceso químico alcalino de fabricación de pulpa en el que se mezcla una cantidad efectiva de al menos un fosfonato o compuesto de carboxilato seleccionado, o mezclas de los mismos, con la mezcla acuosa alcalina, en el digestor del proceso químico de fabricación de pulpa. Las composiciones y el método son especialmente adecuados para usar en el proceso de Kraft de fabricación de pulpa.
