Abstract
Una composición alimenticia adecuada como un aderezo o un adobo que puede ser preparado y ofrecido al consumidor como un sistema de dos fases, que tiene capas oleosas y acuosas. Al agitarla con la mano se produce una emulsión que permanece estable durante un tiempo limitado, después del cual la composición revierte a un sistema de dos fases separadas; una capa oleosa y una capa acuosa.
