Abstract

Una máquina a pistones rotantes o rotores que produce cámaras de volumen variable cíclicamente, las cuales proporcionan un flujo del fluido con el que la máquina trabaje, continuo y constante, prácticamente sin pulsaciones. La misma puede ser construida en dos variantes básicas prácticas, la constitucion y funcionamiento de las cuales es similar en ambas. Solo se diferencian radicalmente en el modo de montaje y guía de sus palas. Sirve para la construccion de: bombas, compresores, sopladores, motores hidrostáticos y neumáticos, etc. Está caracterizada en sus dos variantes por un peculiar mecanismo o sistema de construccion, el cual permite que sus cámaras se formen en una misma peculiar manera. Este mecanismo consiste en lo siguiente: Una carcasa estacionaria (D) en la cavidad de la cual y montados en sus dos tapas laterales, están situados dos rotores, uno, el (C), concéntricamente a la misma y otro, el (A), en una posicion excéntrica adecuada. Las cámaras se forman en un peculiar espacio anular (I) que posee el rotor concéntrico (C). Esto se produce con la ayuda de la tapa de la carcasa que contiene los conductores (G y H), de entrada y de salida de las cámaras, la cual posee incorporado un particular tabique (E), divisor de las partes de admision y de expulsion de las mismas cámaras, y también, de unas peculiares palas (B), que montadas en el rotor excéntrico (A), atraviesan a este rotor concéntrico (C) en sentido diametral y en los lugares y formas adecuados. Los dos diferentes modos de montaje y guía de las palas son: 1) Por medio de los munones de los codos de un cigüenal o rotor excéntrico (A) (Primera variante); y 2) Mediante un bloque giratorio o rotor excéntrico (A) que posee unas peculiares guías y está montado excéntricamente en una tapa de la carcasa. This occurs with the help of the housing cover that contains the conductors (G and H), input and output of the chambers, which has a particular partition (E) incorporated, which divides the intake and ejection of the same chambers, and also of some peculiar blades (B), which mounted on the eccentric rotor (A), cross this concentric rotor (C) in a diametral direction and in the appropriate places and shapes. The two different ways of mounting and guiding the blades are: 1) By means of the elbows of the elbows of a crankshaft or eccentric rotor (A) (First variant); and 2) By means of a rotating block or eccentric rotor (A) that has peculiar guides and is eccentrically mounted on a housing cover.
