Abstract
Instrumentos manuales que pueden ser empleados para accionar una herramienta montada distalmente, mediante aplicacion de fuerza compresiva radial alrededor de la circunferencia de instrumento (es decir, omniaccionable). En formas preferidas, los instrumentos manuales tienen un mango el cual incluye un conjunto accionador para accionar una herramienta, en donde el conjunto accionador tiene un canal circunferencial generalmente en forma de V en el cual se asienta una banda de accionamiento. Se provee un conjunto de anillo de deslizamiento el cual define el canal circunferencial generalmente en forma de V y tiene por le menos un anillo de deslizamiento montado para movimientos longitudinales en la relacion al mango. La banda de accionamiento es radialmente flexible. Así, en respuesta a una fuerza comprensiva, la banda de accionamiento asentada adentro del canal generalmente en forma de V se flexionará radialmente hacia adentro para mover por ese medio el anillo de deslizamiento longitudinalmente. El anillo de deslizamiento, a su vez, co-actua operativamente con la herramienta distalmente montada (por ejemplo, a través de un perno accionador deslizable longitudinalmente). El movimiento radial de la banda de accionamiento es convertido por ese medio en movimiento longitudinal del anillo de deslizamiento, cuyo movimiento longitudinal luego se emplea para accionar la herramienta.
