Abstract

La presente provee una preparacion plaguicida líquida para fumigacion por calor, que comprende: (a) 0,01 a 20% en peso de un compuesto piretroide; (b) 0,03a 15% en peso de un alcohol bivalente que posee un punto de ebullicion desde 180*C a 260*C o un hidroxiéter que posee un punto de ebullicion desde 180*C hasta260*C; y (c) 65 a 99,96% en peso de un hidrocarburo saturado que posee un punto de ebullicion desde 180*C hasta 310*C; y un método para controlar las plagasmediante la fumigacion por calo r que comprende sumergir una parte de una mecha absorbente porosa en la preparacion plaguicida líquida, permitir que lapreparacion plaguicida líquida sea absorbida por la mecha, calentar una parte superior de la mecha, fumigar la preparacion plaguici da líquida absorbida. Pormedio del uso de la preparacion plaguicida líquida, puede obtenerse una fumigacion estable durante mucho tiempo. Como resultado, puede obtenerse un efectoplaguicida estable.
