Porotos de soja transgénicos hipoalergénicos y construcciones recombinantes de expresion para disminuir la proteína vacuolar del poroto de soja conocidacomunmente como P34, así como otros alergenos. Los productos de proteína de soja creados a partir de estas sojas hipolaergénicas deberían estar sustancialmentelibres del alergeno más importante de la soja, P34 y, además, de otros alergenos menores tales como Gly m B2 28K, la subunidad alfa de la beta conglicinina,KTSI, Gly m2, Gly m IA, Gly m IB, rGLY m3 y Glicinina G1.
