Abstract
Un método para convertir un flujo de bits de datos de una senal de informacion binaria en un flujo de bits de datos de una senal de canal binariocomprimida en donde el flujo de bits de datos de la senal de informacion binaria es dividida en palabras de informacion siendo convertidas en palabras de canalm1-bit de acuerdo con un codigo de canal C1, palabras de canal de m2-bit, de acuerdo con un codigo de canal C2, en donde m1, m2 y n son enteros para los cualesse sostiene que m2 > m1 >=n, en donde la palabra de canal de m2-bit es elegida de al menos dos palabras de canal de m2-bit, al menos dos de los cuales tienenparidades opuestas, las palabras de canal de m1-bit y las palabras de canal de m2-bit cumpliendo con una compresion de longitud de ejecucion de la senal decanal binario caracterizado porque el método comprende los pasos repetitivos y/o alternados de: seleccionar la palabra de canal de m1-bit de un conjunto apartir de una pluralidad de conjuntos de palabras de canal de m1-bit, c ada conjunto comprendiendo solo palabras de canal de m1-bit teniendo una parte inicialde un sub-conjunto de partes iniciales de las palabras de canal de m1-bit cada conjuntos estando asociado con un estado de codificacion del codigo de canal C1,el es tado de codificacion siendo establecido en dependencia de una parte final de la palabra precedente, o: seleccionar la palabra de canal de m2-bit de unconjunto a partir de una pluralidad de conjuntos de palabras de canal de m2-bit teniendo una parte i nicial de un sub-conjunto de partes iniciales de laspalabras de canal de m2-bit pertenecientes a dicho conjunto, cada conjunto estando asociado con un estado de codificacion del codigo de canal C2, el estado decodificacion siendo establecido en depen dencia de una parte final de la palabra de canal precedente las partes finales de las palabras de canal de m1-bit en unestado codificado del codigo de canal C1 y las partes iniciales de las palabras de canal de m2-bit en un conjunto de codigo de cana l C2 estando dispuestas paracumplir con dicha compresion de longitud de ejecucion.
