Abstract

En un proceso para la purificacion de ácido acrílico obtenido por la oxidacion del sustrato gaseoso de propileno y/o acroleína, la mezcla gaseosa dereaccion (1) formada por propileno, si la mezcla comprende propileno, de productos de oxidacion final, de ácido acrílico, de acroleína, de vapor, de ácidoacético y de productos pesados, es enviada al fondo de una columna de absorcion (C1) alimentada, a contracorriente, en la cabeza con un solvente de absorcionhidrofobico pesado. El flujo gaseoso (7), formado de propileno y productos de oxidacion final, de cantidades mayores de agua y ácido acético, y acroleína, esobtenido en la cabeza de (C1), y un flujo (4), formado de ácido acrílico, de los solventes pesados, de productos pesados y de cantidad es menores de ácidoacético y de agua, es obtenido en el fondo de (C1). El flujo (7) es enviado a un intercambiador de calor (C3), donde es llevado en contacto íntimo con unacorriente líquida descendente (8), alimentada en la cabeza de (C3), compuesta por el reciclado de una porcion, previamente enfriada, del flujo (9) del fondo de(C3), con el fin de obtener, en la cabeza, un flujo gaseoso (10) que comprende los compuestos presentes en el flujo (7), con excepcion de la mayor parte delagua y todo el ácido acético, separados del flujo (9) en el fondo de (C3).In a process for the purification of acrylic acid obtained by the oxidation of the gaseous substrate of propylene and / or acrolein, the gas mixture of reaction (1) formed by propylene, if the mixture comprises propylene, of final oxidation products, of acrylic acid, of acrolein, steam, acetic acid and heavy products, is sent to the bottom of an absorption column (C1) fed, countercurrently, in the head with a heavy hydrophobic absorption solvent.
