Abstract
Una base de motor para la utilizacion en una aparato vibratorio. El aparato vibratorio incluye por lo menos un accionamiento excéntrico que tiene un ejeaccionado montado rotativamente sobre un excitador movible. Se proporciona un motor que tiene un e je del motor que está espaciado del accionamiento excéntricoy está acoplado al accionamiento excéntrico por un medio de una correa de accionamiento. La rotacion del motor es transferida por medio de la correa deaccionamiento al accionamiento excéntri co, que genera una fuerza vibracional. La fuerza vibracional mueve el excitador en diversas direcciones durante elfuncionamiento del aparato vibratorio. La base del motor compende un soporte rígido, tal como un brazo, que tiene un extremo libre adapt ado para llevar elmotor. El brazo está soportado para moverse alrededor de un eje geométrico del eje accionado, de modo que el brazo mantenga una distancia entre centros entreel eje del motor y el eje accionado. Un soporte resiliente, tal como un res orte de compresion, está vinculado al extremo libre del brazo, por debajo del motor,para absorber cualquier fuerza resultante que actue sobre el brazo proveniente del movimiento del excitador. La base del motor mantiene una distancia entrecentros ent re el eje del motor y el eje accionado, aumentándose de este modo la vida de la correa de accionamiento al minimizarse las variaciones de tension enla correa de accionamiento.
