Abstract
Se producen productos de papa que retienen la integridad de desmenuzamineto y que son suficientemente delgadas para entrar dentro de una tostadoraconvencional. En algunas realizaciones los productos de papa contienen un relleno. Los productos de papacontienen un retículo de papas desmenuzadas quepermite que los productos de papa retengan la integridad estructural durante la produccion y la manipulacion posterior del producto. Los métodos de extrusionformacion de láminas se usan para obtener productos de papa que retienen la integridad de desmenuzamiento deseable. Se provee un método y aparato para cortary rizar simultáneamente artículos alimenticios individuales a aprtir de un producto extruido o en láminas relleno.
