Abstract

El campo de accion del presente lo constituyen los preparados farmacéuticos antibioticos, en particular de aplicacion local, basados en la primicina. Laprimicina tiene el inconveniente de ser poco soluble, tanto en agua como en alcohol. Paraaumentar la solubilidad de la primicina, el presente propone nuevoscompuestos no estequiométricos, formados entre primicina o sus componentes, y una ciclodextrina o un derivado de ciclodextrina o mezcla de ellos, en unarelacion molar comprendidaentre 1:0,3 y 1:4,0.
