Abstract

Dispersiones acuosas de poliuretano que contienen un poliuretano, constituido por: a) al menos un poliol, preferentemente un diol, con un peso molecularmedio, determinado como media numérica, de 500 a 6000 g/mol, preferentemente 1000 a 4000, enespec ial 1500 a 3000 g/mol, b) al menos un poliol, preferentementediol, con un peso molecular de menos de 500 g/mol, preferentemente de 61 a 499 g/mol; c) al menos un poliisocianato alifático, preferentemente diisocianato;d) al menos un diol con unpeso m olecular menor que 450 g/mol, que porta uno o varios grupos ionicos y/o uno o varios grupos potencialmente ionicospreferentemente al menos un grupo ácido carboxílico o carboxilato; e) al menos una amina reactiva frente a grupos NCO, que portagrupos hidroxi, y posee unafuncionalidad de OH de 1 a 6; f) agua y, en caso dado; g) un monoalcohol, caracterizadas porque la proporcion molar de poliol de componente a) respecto a lasuma de polioles b) y d) asciende a 1:1,5 hasta 1,4preferentemente 1:2 a 1;3, la proporcion molar de la suma de polioles a), b) y d) respecto a poliisocianatoc) a 1:1,1 hasta 1:2,5, preferentemente 1:1,2 a 1:1,7, ascendiendo la funcionalidad de OH del poliuretano a 2 hasta 6, preferentemente 2 a 4,y ascendiendo elpeso mo lecular medio de poliuretano, determinado como media numérica, a menos de 15000, preferentemente de 2500 a 10000, en especial de 3000 a 7000 g/mol;procedimiento para su obtencion, sistema acuoso de poliuretano, el empleo delmismo para revestimiento, sustratos revestidos con dicho sistema y procedimientopara el revestimiento.Aqueous polyurethane dispersions containing a polyurethane, consisting of: a) at least one polyol, preferably a diol, with an average molecular weight, determined as a numerical average, of 500 to 6000 g / mol, preferably 1000 to 4000, especially 1500 to 3000 g / mol, b) at least one polyol, preferably diol, with a molecular weight of less than 500 g / mol, preferably 61 to 499 g / mol; c) at least one aliphatic polyisocyanate, preferably diisocyanate; d) at least one diol with a molecular weight less than 450 g / mol, which carries one or more ionic groups and / or one or more potentially ionic groups, preferably at least one carboxylic acid group or carboxylate; e) at least one reactive amine against NCO groups, which carries hydroxy groups, and has an OH functionality of 1 to 6; f) water and, where appropriate; g) a monoalcohol, characterized in that the molar ratio of polyol of component a) with respect to the sum of polyols b) and d) amounts to 1: 1.5 to 1.4 preferably 1: 2 to 1; 3, the molar ratio of the sum of polyols a), b) and d) with respect to polyisocyanoc) to 1: 1.1 to 1: 2.5, preferably 1: 1.2 to 1: 1.7, the OH functionality of the polyurethane increasing to 2 to 6 , preferably 2 to 4, and ascending the average molecular weight of polyurethane, determined as a numerical average, to less than 15,000, preferably from 2,500 to 10,000, especially from 3,000 to 7,000 g / mol; process for obtaining it, aqueous polyurethane system , the use of the same for coating, substrates coated with said system and procedure for coating.
