Abstract

Nuevo complejo férrico de la caseína succilinada (indicada a continuacion ferro-succinilcaseina. Compuestos que pertenecen a la clase de comlejos dehierro y el proceso de preparacion de la ya citada ferro-succinilcaseína que comprende un pasaje de tratamiento con bombas dilacerantes a PH comprendiendoentre 6 y 11, y un pasaje de desecamiento en condiciones de tiempo, temperatura y presion controladas. Además un proceso para la preparacion de ferro-succinilcaseína, con alto rendimiento y sin formacion de residuos insolubles, a partir de la caseína alimenticia. El complejo férrico es utilizado en eltratamietno terapéutico de los estados patologicos vinculados a la carencia de hierro. Ferro-succinilcaseína obtenida utilizando caseína alimenticia, medianteun proceso en el cual la succinilcaseína y la ferro-succinilcaseína son dilaceradas por medio de bombas dilacederadoras en un pH comprendido entre 6 y 11; laferrosuccinilcaseina obtenida al finalizar el proceso es disecada en un tiempo de 15-36 horas, y una temperatura comprendida entre 60sC y 80sC, y una presioncomprendida entre 20 y 200 mmHg(0,0263 y 0,263 atmosfera), manteniendo la temperatura entre 70 y 75sC durante las primeras trece horas de disecacion.
