Abstract

Una cubierta que comprende dos partes, medios para mantener las dos partes de la cubierta en forma conjunta en relacion yuxtapuesta, y medios para sellarentre un objeto alargado que penetra en la cubierta y la cubierta misma, teniendo las partes de la cubierta sendas cavidades que forman una cámara capaz derecibir material sellador y a través de la cual pasa el objeto alargado al penetrar en la cubierta, siendo el volumen de la cámara de material selladorajustable para así aplicar fuerza compresiva al material sellador contenido en la misma, siendo el ajuste efectuado por desplazamiento de por lo menos unelemento dispuesto dentro de dicha cámara de material sellador, siendo dicho elemento desplazable dentro de la cámara por medios de ajustede posicion de lacubierta operables selectivamente para así determinar el volumen efectivo de la cámara de material sellador.
