Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la formulacion de preparados que contienen extracto. Con este procedimiento se compacta en una primeraetapa el polvo de extracto en seco conjuntamente con un agente lubricante en un dispositivoapropiad o para formar un aglomerado. A continuacion el aglomeradoobtenido es desmenuzado para formar un granulado de tamano granular definido. En una segunda etapa, las masas compactadas así obtenidas, con sustanciasauxiliares como agentes derelleno, agente s lubricantes, agentes de desintegracion, agentes ligantes, agentes de regulacion de fluidez y otros aditivos, sonconformadas a formulaciones farmacéuticas. Por el agregado de agentes lubricantes al polvo de extracto durante lacompactacion en seco r esulta para lasformulaciones farmacéuticas a ser fabricadas una buena resistencia a la rotura con bajos tiempos de desintegracion.
