Abstract
A fin de determinar las características de los componentes de un canal de comunicacion, por ejemplo, de un repetidor de un satélite de telecomunicacion, semodula una senal de portadora limpia f(t) con una senal de seudorruido PN(t) y se transmite at ravés de un canal de comunicacion a un nivel inferior al nivelde la senal de carga util, transmitida a través del canal de comunicacion en forma simultánea. La senal recibida s(t) se correlaciona con la misma senal deseudorruido PN(t) a fin deobtene r una senal portadora recuperada f (t). Tanto la senal de portadora limpia f(t) como la senal de portadora recuperada f(t)pueden ser utilizadas para identificar las características deseadas. Debido a que la senal de portadora limpia moduladaPNs(t) s e transmite a un nivel bajo, esposible realizar mediciones sin tener que desconectar la senal de carga util.
