Abstract
Un aparato para la fabricacion de retículas de difraccion optica comprende una máscara de fase para dividir un haz luminoso incidente en una pluralidad dehaces difractados; y un montaje de enfoque para recibir desde la máscara de fase y para que converjan por lo menos dos haces difractados de orden no nulo entresí, con el fin de generar una region de interferencia entre los haces que han convergido, de manera que pueda imprimirse una estructura de retícula dedifraccion en un guíaondas optico ubicado en la region de interferencia; la máscara de fase y por lo menos una parte del montaje de enfoque son moviles una conrespecto de la otra, como para modificar el ángulo de convergencia de los hacen que convergen.
