Abstract

Un sistema y un método para mejorar la precision de una medicion de cálculo de posicion en un sistema de telecomunicaciones. Al cesar las transmisiones porun sistema de transceptor de base local comunicado con la estacion movil, la estacion movil secomunica con otros sistemas de transceptor de base más remotos yse utilizan técnicas de medicion de distancia y trilateracion para calcular la posicion de la estacion movil respecto de los sistemas de transceptor de baseremotos. En otra realizaciond e la invencion también se utiliza el sistema de transceptor de base local para calcular la posicion. En otra realizacion, alcesar las transmisiones por las estaciones moviles comunicadas con un sistema de transceptor de base local, el sistema detran sceptor de base local tiene mayorcapacidad para utilizar estaciones remotas para una trilateracion.
