Abstract

Un sistema y un método para un protocolo de comunicaciones pro múltiplex de división de tiempo adaptativa para recoger datos desde sensores remotos equipados con transceptores de frecuencia de radio (RF) que utiliza una unidad móvil de recolección de daros equipada con un transceptor de RF. Los transceptores de RF interconectados a sensores remotos verifican activamente una frecuencia de transmisión de RF predeterminada para averiguar la presencia de una señal transmitida por la unidad móvil. Todas las unidades móviles que detectan la señal de RF buscan un mensaje desde la unidad móvil que solicita la transmisión de su identificador único es decir su ID. Este mensaje contienen la Base de División de Tiempo (TBD) que especifica el número de ranuras asignadas para la transmisión de IDs de sensor remoto a la unidad móvil. Utilizando la TBD cada sensor remoto selecciona aleatoriamente una ranura de tiempo y transmite su ID a la unidad móvil. Las IDs únicas de los sensores remotos recibidas por la unidad móvil se usan para encuestar individualmente cada sensor para transmisión de paquete de datos. Después de la recepción de un paquete de datos desde un sensor remoto, la unidad móvil envía un paquete de reconocimiento indicando que los datos se han recibido. Después de la recepción del paquete de reconocimiento, el sensor se ajusta a un estado en el cual no ha de responder a una solicitud de identificador durante un periodo de tiempo especificado.
