Abstract
Derivados del ácido carboxílico de formula I caracterizados porque R significa tetrazol o un grupo II en donde R1 tiene el siguiente significado: unresto OR7, en donde R7 significa: hidrogeno, el cation de un metal alcalino, el cation de un metal alcalinotérreo o un ion amonio orgánico fisiologicamentetolerable; cicloalquilo C3-8, alquilo C1-8, CH2-fenilo eventualmente sustituido, un grupo alquenilo C3-6 o alquinilo C3-6 eventualmente sustituido o feniloeventualmente sustituido. R2 significa hidrogeno, hidroxi, NH2, NH(alquilo C1-4), N(alquilo C1-4)2, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4,halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, halogenoalcoxi C1-4 o alquiltio C1-4, o CR2 está unido con CR10 como se indica más abajo como un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros, Xsignifica nitrogeno o metino; Y significa nitrogeno o metino; W significa nitrogeno o CR10 en donde R10 significa H o alquilo C1-4, o CR10 junto con CR2 o CR3forma un anillo alquileno o alquenileno de 5 o 6 miembros,el cual puede estar eventualmente sustituido,y en donde en cada caso uno o más grupos metileno puedenestar reemplazados por oxígeno, azufre,-NH o -N(alquilo C1-4); R3 significa H, hidroxi, NH2, NH(alquilo C1-4), N(alquilo C1-4)2, halogeno, alquilo C1-4,alqueniloC2-4, alquinilo C2-4, halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, halogenoalcoxi C1-4, alquiltio C1-4, o CR2 está unido con CR10 como se indica más arribacomo un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros; R4 y R5 (que pueden ser iguales o diferentes) significan: fenilo o naftilo, eventualmente sustituido, o fenilo o naftilo, quepueden estar unidos entre sí en posicion orto a través de una ligadura directa, un grupo metileno, etileno o etenileno, un átomo de oxígeno o azufre o un grupoSO2, NH o N-alquilo, cicloalquilo C3-8 eventualmente sustituido; R6 significa cicloalquilo C3-8 eventualmente sustituido; fenilo o naftilo, eventualmentesustituido, un compuesto heteroaromático de 5 o 6 miembros que contienen uno a 3 átomos de nitrogeno y/o un átomo de azufre u oxígenoy el cual puede estareventualmente sustituido; Z significa azufre u oxígeno; B significa alquileno C2-4; Het significa un resto heterocíclico de la formula general Ia o Ib con T=OCarboxylic acid derivatives of formula I characterized in that R means tetrazole or a group II where R1 has the following meaning: an OR7 residue, wherein R7 means: hydrogen, the cation of an alkali metal, the cation of an alkaline earth metal or an ion physiologically tolerable organic ammonium; C3-8 cycloalkyl, C1-8 alkyl, CH2-optionally substituted phenyl, a C3-6 alkenyl group or C3-6 alkynyl optionally substituted or optionally substituted phenyl.
