Abstract
Se trata de la inhibicion de la corrosion de metales en contacto con soluciones acuosas de alcanolaminas en unidades de eliminacion de gas ácidoincorporando en dichas soluciones de alcanolaminas, cantidades inhibidoras efectivas de un compuesto heterocíclico de azufre de formula (I) en donde R1 es O,NH, S o CX2 y R2 es S o CX2, y X es independientemente H, alquilo C1-8, alcarilo C7-12, arilo C6-10 y/o cicloalquilo C3-10, con la condicion que cuando R2 esS, R1 debe ser CX2, y cuando R1 es O, N oS, R2 debe ser CX2. Los compuestos de anillo son utiles para inhibir la corrosion de metales tanto en fraccionesricas como pobres en gases ácidos o ácidos de unidades de eliminacion de dichos gases.
