Abstract
Un sistema de carga para hornos de arco eléctrico (11) que disponen de al menos un techo (11a) que incluye al menos un cuarto orificio que puedeconectarse a un conducto para la descarga de vapor (22) asociado en el extremo con una cubierta hermética(23) que funciona para cerrar en formatemporaria al menos un elemento de carga (16) que contiene chatarra, en donde la parte inferior del elemento de carga (16) puede abrirse al menos enforma parcial, en donde el sistema consta de un dispositivo de captacion y movimiento (15) equipado con al menos un brazo de manipulacion rotativo (17),en donde el elemento de carga (16), ubicado en la estacion de precalentamiento (20b), trabaja en forma conjunta directamente con el instrumento quese utiliza paratrasladar el vapor desde el horno (11) y con un instrumento de cierre temporario hermético (23), en donde el elemento de carga (16) estáconfigurado como un contenedor o canasta (12, 112, 212) dispuesta en forma desmontable suspendida con elementos de agarre (17a, 17b) del brazo demanipulacion (17), en donde el contenedor o canasta (12, 112, 212) en la estacion de precalentamiento (20b) se encuentran ubicados por sobre y encooperacion directa con una cámara de combustion (21) por donde pasa el vapor de precalentamiento y se quema en forma parcial luego de haber pasado a travésdel contenedor o canasta (12) a través de la chatarra desde arriba hacia abajo, en donde la cubierta hermética (23) del contenedor o canasta (12) puededesmontarse en forma vertical y con rotacion y se encuentra conectada directamente con el conducto de descarga de vapor 822) del cuarto orificio del horno(11) a través del conducto que se encuentra en una posicion al menos parcialmente coaxial respecto del eje de rotacion.
