Abstract
Un procedimiento de deteccion de gas en el estado de trazas por un láser de semiconductor acoplado a una cavidad optica resonante que contiene una especiequímica a analizar. El láser es acoplado a la cavidad de manera que la luz solo sea reenviadaha cia el láser cuando la cavidad se encuentra en un modo deresonancia. El láser suministra una emision amplificada y afinada sobre la frecuencia reinyectada y, cuando se le aplica un dentado de corriente, su frecuenciase desplaza de una frecuenciainic ial determinada a una frecuencia final determinada. El láser es excitado por un primer dentado de corriente de manera que sufrecuencia se bloquea secuencialmente sobre los modos sucesivos de la cavidad. Se mide el tiempo de decrecimiento de laintens idad luminosa en la cavidad alfinal del dentado y se repiten las etapas de excitacion y de medicion para los dentados de corrientes sucesivos, para cubrir un campo espectral a analizar.
