Abstract

"CORANTES MARCADORES NIR ESTáVEIS NA BASE DE POLIMETINAS DE BENZOPIRìLIO". o invento se refere aos assim denominados corantes-marcadores NIR baseados sobre Polimetinas, para a utilização em processos óticos, especialmente os ótico-fluorescentes de determinação e comprovação, por exemplo, na área da Medicina, na Indústria Farmacéutica bem como em Ciências Biológicas, Ciências de Materiais e do Meio Ambiente; a tarefa proposta era a de produzir corantes-marcadores NIR em base de Polimetinas com elevada fotoestabilidade e estabilidade de armezenagem, bem como elevado rendimento de fluorescência, os quais podem ser estimulados à fluorescência da forma mais simples possível através de radiação laser na área visível ou na área espectral NIR, particularmente com a luz de laser de agonio, hélio/neónio ou díodo; de acordo com o invento, serão aplicados corantes baseados em polimetinas da Fórmula Genérica (I)
