Abstract

En la presente se describen métodos para purificar soluciones de azucar utilizando poliacrilamidas hidrolizadas. Las poliacrilamidas hidrolizadas sepreparan a partir de la polimerizacion en emulsion o microemulsion de un monomero deacrila mida, y luego se hidrolizan en un grado de hidrolisis deaproximadamente 10 a aproximadamente 50% en moles. Las poliacrilamidas hidrolizadas tienen un peso molecular de por lo menos aproximadamente10.000.000.
