Abstract
El método incluye un codificador-modulador para acoplar una senal de television de banda de base digital a un receptor de television digital de VSBque incluye filtros, circuitería de compensacion y circuitería de correccion de errores haciade lante para corregir deterioros de senales que estén por debajode un umbral dado. El codificador-modulador procesa la senal de banda de base para transmision a baja potencia en un canal de radiofrecuencia concaracterísticas de banda pasantemenores que la nominal. Un cable coaxil u otro enlace de comunicacion de bajo ruido conecta directamente la senal deradiofrecuencia a la entrada de radiofrecuencia del receptor de television. Los errores o deterioros de la senal en la senaltransmitida que e stén por debajodel umbral predeterminados son corregidos por los filtros y la circuitería de compensacion incorporada dentro del receptor de television digital de VSB.
