Abstract

Se revela un sistema y método de telecomunicaciones para proporcionar interaccion entre un sistema celular de acceso directo a Internet y elservicio de telefonía de la Red Publica Conmutada de Teléfonos (PSTN) a efectos de permitir queun abonado movil reciba llamadas desde el PSTNmientras que está ocupado en comunicacion de datos, por Internet, por ejemplo. Cuando una Estacion Movil (MS) tiene una conexion activa con unservidor o con un direccionador que funciona con elprotocolo de Internet, se puede derivar una llamada PSTN entrante a una entrada por voz dentro delRegistro de Localizacion Visitante/Centro Movil de Conmutacion (MSC/VLR) servidor, que transforma la llamada en una llamada telefonica porI nternet.Durante la conexion de acceso directo a Internet, el MS puede senalar informacion específica, al utilizar un prefijo, por ejemplo, con lo cual seactiva el dispositivo de derivacion de llamada a entrada por voz.
