Abstract
Un método y un dispositivo para controlar el uso de comunicaciones de telefonía celular movil dentro de un área definida regulada. Eldispositivo transmite senales de interferencia de radiofrecuencia en una banda de frecuencia típicamenteusada por estaciones de base celulares paraevitar comunicaciones eficientes entre unidades moviles ubicadas dentro de un área dada regulada y estaciones de base celulares. En la realizacionpreferida, el dispositivo espera hasta se destaca la transmision de una unidad movil dentro del área regulada, y luego transmite una senal debloqueo que evita que se lleve a cabo la rutina de protocolo eficiente.
